Paul and Mommy got to spend an afternoon with cousins Leah and Samuel and Aunt Jenny. Uncle Chris only had the chance to visit for a half hour before he had to go to work.
I’ve taken a long time to post these pictures. Since they were taken, newborn Samuel has doubled his age! He was five weeks old when they were taken.
Paul met his Grandma Peggy and his Papa Paul while we were in Utah.

Paul got to meet all of his Reid cousins in February. Paul was a bit oblivious. Cousin Kate was a little mother. Cousin Caden, as the oldest, felt he should get more turns holding Paul (“It’s my third turn to hold him now!”). All in all, it was a somewhat chaotic evening, albeit a good time. Special thanks to Emily, who took some of these pictures (my camera was acting up).

Alex took the picture using his remote control shutter release, which meant we could all be in the picture, we didn’t have to wait 10 seconds between each picture, and we only had to be trying to keep control of the kids for about 5 minutes. Here are the three best shots.

Paul met his great-grandma in February. Great-grandma lives in Dallas, Texas. Paul and I spent just a day with great-grandma, but we both had a great time!

I found one more picture of Daniel and Paul. (It wasn’t filed in the same place as the others.)
The first cousins Paul met were Daniel and Jessica.
Daniel is a big six-year-old first grader. He showed Paul his really cool fire engine. (The red lights and the siren actually work!)
Daniel loves to play with Paul. They played peek-a-boo. Cousin Jessica helped. (I think she wants to be like her big brother!)
Jessica just turned one year old. She is a lovely little girl. I don’t think she knew what to make of Paul. She watched him for a while. When he didn’t do anything, she moved on.
But Jessica sure is cute!
By day, he is a computer businessman. By night, he is silly, goofy Grandpa!
