I would always show Leah her reflection and ask her about the other baby. When she was about 6 or 8 months old, I went in the bathroom and she looked in the mirror. I didn’t think to give her the prompt that time, but she very deliberately and distinctly said “Baby.” Of course, no one else saw or heard it and so no one else believes me. She didn’t really say another word for several more months.
